Christopher McGinty – Director & Consultant

Christopher McGinty is an international investment and business manager and entrepreneur. He has lived and worked in Tokyo, London, Glasgow, Zurich and Munich.

He supports international companies in setting up operating subsidiaries in Germany and the UK, advising on market entry strategy and the essential practicalities of setting up new businesses in these markets, whatever sector they operate in.

He has worked with businesses focused on cross border e-commerce, light-weight engineering for the automotive and aerospace sectors, engineering consulting (application of hydrogen in decarbonisation), film and TV production and private banking services for UHNWIs.

Christopher has specialist expertise and experience in international financial services, including multi-jurisdictional regulation and compliance, having worked as an investment manager at Nomura, the Kuwait Investment Office, Murray Johnstone and Kreis Consulting.

He can support companies both as a consultant and as a non-executive director (UK) or as interim Geschäftsfϋhrer (Germany). Christopher speaks English & German fluently, co-founded the British German Business Network (www.bgbn.de) and is Co-Chair of the Scotland & North of England Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce in Germany (www.bccg.de).


Susan McGinty – Senior Administration Officer

Sue has had a varied career, starting as a civil servant at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and including overseas assignments in India, Egypt and Belgium. After the Foreign Office, Sue moved into the private sector where she has since worked in corporate administration and compliance.

After taking time out to study full-time for a research degree Sue was awarded her Doctorate in Nutrigenomics and Health Promotion in 2009.  On completion of her studies, Sue joined Kreis Consulting where she serves as Company Secretary and Senior Corporate Administrator. She has supported businesses operating in a variety of sectors ranging from renewable energy through to film and TV production and IP management.
