Kreis Consulting was established in 1998 in Glasgow, Scotland, where it retains its UK headquarters.
The company was originally set up to help investment management companies distribute their funds and services in Switzerland. Kreis soon expanded in the UK market, acting as a wholesale third-party distributor of specialist investment products to the IFA market. A wide range of products was offered including Venture Capital Trusts, EIS qualifying fund raisings, commercial property partnerships, and film production partnerships.
In recent years Kreis has concentrated on the expansion of its core business: providing international companies with practical and flexible support services as they grow in the UK and Germany.
From the outset Kreis Consulting has been active internationally and has worked with clients based in France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, Cyprus, the USA, the U.A.E., Brunei, India and Singapore, as well as in the UK.
